Senior Technical Project Manager
Job Summary: Accountable for managing large volume of low and high complexity and high risk projects which may span multiple regions and/or functions with concurrent projects.
Duties:
- Overall accountability of project scope, project budgeting and cost reporting, and ensures completion of projects while meeting quality, schedule and cost objectives using the organizations standard processes
- Act as project liaison between IT partners, client organizations and IT leadership. May assist in supplier management of existing vendors
- Problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Responsible for estimating, scheduling, coordinating, assigning resources, ensuring project funding is secured, and assisting and recommending business solutions/alternatives for projects
- Issue reporting to all levels within the organization
- Initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or STEM Related
- 8+ years Project Management experience
- 7+ years leadership experience in KPI’s and Metrics
- 7+ years leadership experience in Organizational Change Management
- 7+ years leadership experience in Release Management
- 3+ years Software development life cycle SDLC experience
- 3+ years of experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Time management
- Ability to lead/join high level, strategic, cross-functional business teams & tech initiatives
- Communication Skills – both oral and written
- Conflict management and resolution skills
- Experience with creating process documentation
- Mobility SAQ experience
