Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst

Job Summary: The Senior Analyst / Revenue Assurance position will be responsible for creating and performing audit validations and reconciliations of accessory promotions, contributing to improved operational metrics and billing accuracy. Promotional audit models designed using data analytics methodologies will be leveraged to identify issues related specifically to smartphone, smarthome and other home and device accessory promotions. This includes: researching customer accounts and complex billing issues, taking action on findings to ensure an accurate billing experience, researching device purchase and refund/return transactions to ensure customers are properly awarded or charged back promotional offerings, and escalating identified system issues to the appropriate stakeholders so that root cause analysis and resolution can occur.

Duties: 

• Create and perform audit validations and reconciliations of accessory promotions
• Research customer accounts and complex billing issues
• Research device purchase and refund/return transactions to ensure customers are properly awarded or charged back promotional offerings

Desired Skills/Experience: 

• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and proactive thinking
• Creative mindset and attention to detail that allows for identifying complex issues and performing root cause analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously
• SQL writing experience
• Working knowledge of RDBMS and ability to query Enterprise Data Warehouse systems
• Project management, Jira and Atlassian experience
